The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the windows and doors industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Service technicians.
- Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for the Field Service team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with industry standards and company procedures.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee all Field Service operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and service issues.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for service jobs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Field Service team.
- Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues as they arise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the windows and doors industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing Field Service teams and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of technical proficiency in window and door installation and repair.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
