About the role
The Medical Workforce Administration Assistant will undertake the onsite day-to-day administrative duties including telephone and departmental enquiries, records management, data entry and collection to support the effective and efficient service delivery across the numerous departments within Grampians Health – Horsham.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general reception and administrative duties to support the Medical Workforce Assistants at the Horsham Campus
- Provide first contact and redirection of all calls to the Medical Workforce Unit
- Liaise with Medical Workforce Unit team members at Horsham and Ballarat campuses
- Enter fortnightly roster to Optima payroll system, update and manage exceptions
- Upload and update of medical rosters onto SharePoint for relevant medical teams
- Assist with Accommodation booking for locum medical staff

- Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
