AddressThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will be assisting our Doctors in day to day clinics, assisting with vision testing and arranging appointments. You will also be assigned duties as required. The successful applicant will be offered an online Ophthalmic Course.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Vision testing and diagnostics (no experience necessary)
- Attending satellite clinics around Regional Victoria (day trips)
- Arranging appointments and surgery dates for patients
- Typing letters for Doctors
- General administration duties
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Flexibility
- Drivers license preferred
- Have good time management
