Position Profile: The Medical Workforce Officer provides a confidential, customer-focused administrative service for the Medical Services portfolio, and is assigned the following activities:
- Recruitment and onboarding processes, to enable doctors to commence in the region;
- Rostering processes, to enable doctors to work in the region; and
- Offboarding processes to enable doctors to depart from the region.
