We operate 27 hospitals and services comprising more than 3,500 hospital beds, including home nursing, disability services and social outreach programs.Your Role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and to provide guidance and service to current and prospective JMO's. As a team member you will provide administrative support to the Medical Teaching Unit including rostering and payroll. The PositionResponsible for high volume recruitment and onboarding of JMOs (including international) to St John of God Subiaco Hospital (SJGSH) working with the Medical Workforce Manager (MWM), Director of Postgraduate Medical Education (DPGME), consultants and in partnership with Group HRDevelop and deliver strategies to maintain sustainable workforce and talent pipelinesReview procedures and processes to ensure contemporary recruitment practicesContribute to JMO wellbeing and engagementAssist MWM with JMO rostering including the development of term rosters, and completion of timesheets and payroll submission.You will have experience working with junior doctors in a hospital, university, and/or health care settingTo succeed you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism and communicate effectively with Consultants, Executive, Managers, Caregivers, and other external stakeholders.
