Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.

We are currently in search of a Medical Workforce Officer to join the Clinical Services department at FSFHG, specifically within the Medical Workforce division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR, administrative, and payroll/rostering support to the Medical Workforce (MWF) at Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG). Your duties will include managing rostering, processing rostering systems, handling payroll and leave, facilitating AHPRA registration, assisting with onboarding processes, providing industrial advice, delivering customer service, and conducting ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting.
