About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as Operations coordinator within the Clinical Governance Services.
A key member of the Clinical Governance Service, the Office Coordinator is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely support to the Executive Director and Director Clinical Governance Service including coordinating administrative support for the service including briefings, managing relevant accreditation and quality reports, and supporting the strategic patient safety and quality projects across the NALHN. The incumbent is required to develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external ensuring a customer focused approach. A key focus is the management and coordination of all corporate systems and functions, Human Resource and Financial management, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation and ensuring the dissemination of information across the Clinical Governance & Risk Service. The Office Coordinator also provides high level executive administrative, secretarial and project support functions to the Executive Director Clinical Governance and project support to various Governance Committees including analysis and collation of papers and information to Committee members.
