Member Engagement & Allocations Consultant

As a long-established provider of experienced, qualified, and compassionate care workers, Crewe Sharp provide agency staff to Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) Hospitals, and Home and Community Care (HACC) across Australia. 

Our Branch Manager based on the Gold Coast is looking for a fun, energetic and customer service driven superstar to join the team on a full-time basis.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct face to face inductions for new members.
• Initial set up of member app, supporting them with app questions, adding availability, accepting shifts and workload requirements.  
• Build relationships with new and existing members with ongoing coaching and support. 
• Track week to week activity with new members.
• Allocate shifts from our Entire HR Workforce database for staff to accept. 
• Answer calls and provide prompt service to our clients. 
• Data entry of requested shifts with accuracy and in a timely manner

Skills required to fulfil this role: 

• Customer service and a desire to help.
• A team player who loves to help others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds meaningful relationships, and has an excellent work ethic.
• You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude.  
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to building strong relationships with our new and existing members.
• Value-driven with exemplary behaviours.
• Microsoft Office and administration based knowledge and be zippy around a computer. 
• Data entry skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Work well within a team and autonomously. 
• Be proactive and look outside the square when allocating shifts.
