As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.
Rate of pay at commencement is $32.35 + Super + Penalty Rates!

PT 25hrs per week - Hours negotiable between Mon - Fri & rotating Sat 9:15am - 12:15pm
FT 8:30am - 5pm Mon to Fri and rotating Sat 9:15am - 12:15 (With a full RDO for every Saturday worked)

Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
