Our growing Digital team is currently seeking a Member Engagement Manager to join their team. Please note, this role is a 12 month FTC.
As the Member Engagement Manager, you will be working closely with the Coles Plus product team and providing proactive and timely membership engagement support.
You willCreate and implement specific Member Engagement plans to achieve the Coles Plus membership target through new member acquisition and existing member retention
- Proactively develop and implement membership acquisition & retention campaigns utilising both internal & external online & social media assets, as well as offline to online opportunities
- Produce all written Member Engagement materials
- Be responsible for delivering quarterly membership targets with an aim to set and achieve stretch objective
- Background in marketing or related discipline
- Extensive experience in membership/relationship management/sales role essential
- Experience in a retail/FMCG/loyalty environment preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing & membership engagement strategies essential
- Experience with social media marketing essential
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders to achieve an agreed outcome essential
