Our growing Digital team is currently seeking a Member Engagement Manager to join their team. Please note, this role is a 12 month FTC.

As the Member Engagement Manager, you will be working closely with the Coles Plus product team and providing proactive and timely membership engagement support.

• Create and implement specific Member Engagement plans to achieve the Coles Plus membership target through new member acquisition and existing member retention

• Proactively develop and implement membership acquisition & retention campaigns utilising both internal & external online & social media assets, as well as offline to online opportunities
• Produce all written Member Engagement materials
• Be responsible for delivering quarterly membership targets with an aim to set and achieve stretch objective

• Background in marketing or related discipline
• Extensive experience in membership/relationship management/sales role essential
• Experience in a retail/FMCG/loyalty environment preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing & membership engagement strategies essential
• Experience with social media marketing essential
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders to achieve an agreed outcome essential
