Working for the Gold Industry Group, the Membership and Events Advisor will report to the Chief Executive Officer, engaging a wide range of external stakeholders and supporting a small diverse team.
Here's some of what the Membership and Events Advisor will do:
- Develop and implement a national stakeholder relations plan
- Drive member engagement activities
- Acquire new members in all categories across Australia
- Support growth of partnerships and sponsorships
- Support team members to effectively engage key stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder database
- Deliver national industry and community event program
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience delivering events and conferences.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and take initiative in recommending and acting on ideas.
- Proven experience in developing business.
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Pardot.
- Experience in the mining and resources sector highly regarded.
The role is 4 days, $70,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation.
