You’ll provide effective and professional HR advice, guidance and support to our customers in line with organisational policies and procedures. You’ll be responsible for a range of HR business processes including but not limited to recruitment and selection, employee lifecycle activities, creating and maintaining accurate HR records, assisting in research and identifying and implementing process efficiencies for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
- Relevant qualification (or working towards completion) in a Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- National Police Clearance
- Effective time management and proven organisational skills in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to negotiate, mitigate and resolve queries ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
