SalaryAnytime Fitness is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Membership Consultant to join our staff on a casual basis, supporting a range of our clubs between 16-28 hours per week.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Marketing outreach including handing out flyers and similar activities
- Manage membership retention by engaging with customers
- Building on club culture through engagement with social media
- Keep the club clean and tidy
- Use our CRM and Billing systems to manage administrative tasks and records
- Supporting the club manager to achieve their targets
Experience & attributes:
- Sales experience is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain
- Police and Working With Children checks or willingness to obtain
- Certificate III in Fitness or higher is advantageous, though non-essential
- Comfortability in front of the camera is a bonus
- Availability for Saturday work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Be friendly and welcoming manner with customers
- Motivation to achieve sales results
