As a Membership Sales Officer at Aligned Leisure, based in Cardinia, you will play a pivotal role within the Customer Experience department.
This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential members to promote and sell membership packages, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. - Build strong relationships with existing and potential members, providing exceptional customer service and tailored membership solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for Membership Sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for business growth. Main Tasks: - Conduct outreach activities such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and convert them into memberships.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals interested in joining the club, ensuring they receive all relevant information about membership benefits.
- Organize and participate in promotional events or open days aimed at attracting new members.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Essential qualifications and experience
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Current First Aid, Pool Lifeguard and CPR certificate
