Blue Marble Health Services, a boutique Registered NDIS service provider based on the Gold Coast, is seeking individuals who are team players, creative problem-solvers, strategic thinkers, and excellent communicators. As a member of our team, you will be working with SIL clients, and you should be comfortable with working in a challenging environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
Our company provides in-home care and community access services to clients with disabilities and complex Mental Health diagnoses who live independently or in supported accommodation settings.
We offer 24/7 support to our clients, which includes weekday, evening, weekends, sleepovers, and/or active night shifts. To be considered for this position, you must meet several requirements:
- Manual Handling certificate (preferred)
- Be willing to do shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends, public and/or school holidays with a minimum availability of 25-30 hours per week.
This position requires a long-term commitment, not a short-term one. Your role may include personal care, Mental Health care, domestic assistance, transport, social support, and meal preparation. The most important attributes you could bring to this industry are reliability, punctuality, and empathy.

Pay is in line with the SCHADS, Home Care Award and includes an hourly rate, penalties, superannuation, and km's while transporting a client. All successful candidates will be required to complete the NDIS worker orientation module before the commencement of work.
