About the role
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessor, who can facilitate Mental Health First Aid training courses. You will complete training both at client locations and at our sites across Australia.
We are looking for a qualified Mental Health First Aid Australia Instructors.
You will be required to work as part of our training team, wear our company uniform and support our operations by:
- Conducting highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions on-site at client locations and FSA offices
- Conducting training sessions at our public training course venues.
- Travelling if required to locations within your state to assist our team.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong safety culture
- A self-starter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required.
