ROLE DETAILS
- To work collaboratively as a multi-disciplinary team member to provide effective evidence-based practice that best meets the needs of patients of the Child Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) & other designated Mental Health programs.
- Provide clinical skills, support, and education to patients to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care.
- Maintain best practice standards by seeking regular professional clinical supervision.
- Provide written and verbal information patients regarding their rights, responsibilities and the Mental Health services complaints and compliments process.
- Participate in the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of Mental Health services within the local service area.
- To actively participate in prevention, promotion and early intervention activities within the community that are aimed at children & youth at high risk of Mental Health issues.
