Merchandising Representative (Bunnings)

KINCROME is an iconic, Australian distributor of high-quality tools and equipment to the hardware, automotive, industrial, and retail markets across Australia and New Zealand. 

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a dedicated, passionate, and driven individual to join the KINCROME team as a Merchandise Representative working solely with Bunnings stores that are located south of the river of metropolitan Perth as well as allocated regional stores. Role would suit someone living in the Rockingham, Baldivis and Kwinana areas.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in a career in FMCG/Big Box retailing who understand that perfection is the minimum!  We will train, develop, and mentor the right person to ensure they have a long and successful career. 

Working in the hardware industry, you will be responsible for servicing selected Bunnings stores, ensuring they are visited on a regular basis and our range of products are professionally displayed and maintained. 

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Stock management 
• Bay layout guide compliance
• Call cycle compliance
• Assembling displays
• Maintaining merchandise
• New store set-ups and relays

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Attention to detail
• Autonomously driven
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office
• Retail/merchandising experience mandatory
• Current valid driver’s licence
• Please note occasional heavy lifting is required
