Metro Supervisor - Product Support

Our Project Support Group (PSG) are seeking a Metro Supervisor based out of Guildford PDC that will be responsible for daily management, leadership and support of labour hire, Product Support advisors and warranty support whilst assisting site work teams with product technical maintenance information, documentation and continous improvement with maintenance support.
Strong Technical aptitude and knowledge of Heavy CAT equipment/machinery is essential in order to diagnose/troubleshoot various maintenance repairs remotely from Perth to Site.
Location: Guildford
Roster: 5/2 10hrs (Monday to Friday) Permanent Full-Time
To be successful the following is required:

• Field Service or Supervisory experience with a HD Trade background
• Previous OEM Dealership & Mine site experience desirable
• Demonstrated ability to apply safe systems of work and implement risk control measures
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office, internet-based applications
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace.
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
