This role works closely with the Production Supervisor in our South Guildford Clay department to ensure all production and scheduling information is completed, captured and recorded into the systems within the timeframes they are needed.
You will take charge in the following day to day responsibilities:
- Ensuring production machinery and equipment is being operated in a safe and responsible manner.
- Provide assistance and work collaboratively with internal business units to improve OHS and risk.
- Modify and collate fixed plant Standard operating procedures.
- Produce and amend training manuals.
- Collect and verify time keeping information for employees.
- Overseeing the coordination of all other vital documentation that are required.
- Strong computer literacy – MS Office Suite;
- Previous experience in a similar role and experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HSE and isolation procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships.
- Ability to problem solve, attention to details and work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and production workplaces;
- You work efficiently and always safely, with high attention to detail;
