We are seeking a talented Microsoft 365 Engineer to contribute to the configuration and implementation of the M365 stack. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining Azure and M365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Key Tasks/Duties/Requirements - EL1 Microsoft 365 Engineer:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Azure and M365 environments.
- Execute user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Implement and uphold security best practices for both Azure and M365.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Document configurations and procedures for future reference.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls or significant experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite in a complex ICT environment.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints, and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.
Estimated Start Date: Wednesday, 01 May 2024
Initial Contract Duration: 01 May 2024 to 30 June 2025
Extension Term: Up to a maximum of 2 x 12 months extension options
Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance
