Our client, a large Federal Government entity focused on services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer - EL1.
About the client
They are responsible for the delivery of advice and high-quality, accessible social, health and child support services and payments.
About the role - Microsoft 365 Engineer - EL1
The engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the critical Azure and M365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Duties
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Azure and M365 environments (Configuring and implementing the M365 stack)
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Skills / Experience
- Minimum 3 + year's knowledge and experience implementing the Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual
- Minimum 3 + year's experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery
- Experience collaborating with Microsoft support or other vendors for escalations and assistance with critical problems
