Experience in business analysis within mid to large-scale organisations
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Microsoft, Pronto
- ERP experience mandatory

- Strong documentation skills; able to create detailed and effective user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and process maps
- Analytical problem solver; able to navigate and own complex problems while keeping an eye on the big picture

- Comfort and familiarity with an agile product mindset
