Key Responsibilities:

Experience in business analysis within mid to large-scale organisations

• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Microsoft, Pronto
• ERP experience mandatory 
• Trusted collaborator: a partnership mindset that values opinions and facilitates progress towards practical solutions 
• Strong documentation skills; able to create detailed and effective user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and process maps
• Analytical problem solver; able to navigate and own complex problems while keeping an eye on the big picture
• Comfortable communicator; able to develop relationships using sharp communication skills and an enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Comfort and familiarity with an agile product mindset
