The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating dynamic digital design assets, including web banners, EDM banners, and engaging social media posts.Experience in packaging design is essential, demonstrating an ability to blend creativity with practical application.Additionally, proficiency in preparing files for print is required, ensuring all designs meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Design CreationCreate visually appealing designs, across both print and digital media, for Leafio and Montu Brands’ marketing campaigns and various projects as required.Create printed communications including catalogues, brochures, flyers, leave-behinds and other printed promotional materials.Create digital assets for email marketing, social assets, icons, illustrations, presentations, website imagery, and more.Packaging DesignCreate and update packaging designs for our product range.Brand Identity DesignWork with senior designers, NPD to develop new brands including logos, typography, colour palette and packaging designs.Support the creative process for Montu Brands and Leafio including contributing to the briefing process, meeting timelines, project management system (asana)Visual IdentityEnsure that designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all materials.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously, organising tasks, setting timelines, supporting creative presentation meetings and proactively communicating progress to stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.Quality AssuranceEnsure all designs are created with a high level of accuracyCreate accurate designs with excellent attention to detail, actioning feedback provided promptly and efficiently.Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and to the highest standard.Presentation and Communication:Articulate design concepts effectively in presentations to internal teams and clients, explaining the rationale behind design decisions.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as NPD, Product/Tech, leadership team to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.Accountability and Problem Solving:Address design challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, finding innovative solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design techniques.QualificationsYou love the opportunity to innovate, have impact and take the urgency and ambiguity in your stride that often come with working for a company on a mission to drive change, and to scale, at a pace.In addition to these foundations, you will have:Minimum 3 years’ experience with a strong portfolio including brand identity development, (In Design), packaging design work and CRMStrong graphic design skills, including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and After EffectsPackaging and finished art design experience (preferred)Extensive background in graphic design, digital design and packaging designStrong understanding of typography, colour theory, and compositionKnowledge of design trendsA commitment to creative excellence, insights and ideasUnderstanding of big picture and alignment with the business goalsAdditional InformationYou’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
