An exciting opportunity exists for customer service experts to join a close-knit team in Melbourne’s Miele Partner Centre Brighton showroom.
Featuring state of the art displays in a high exposure location in the bayside suburb of Brighton, the Miele Partner Centre Consultant position is responsible for providing all Miele clients with the highest standards of customer service.
Using detailed product knowledge, strong customer relationships and a consultative approach, you will be providing product solutions and offerings in order to guide customers on their Miele purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, quotations and follow ups, through to closure of sales
- Maintain display standards within the Miele Partner Centre
- Continually learn and improve on product knowledge in order to offer the best solutions to customers
- Assist with telephone enquiries and general administration duties
- Support the in house Culinary Expert with the coordination of cooking classes and in-store events
- Active participation in the customer engagement framework
- Achieve and exceed team-based targets & KPIs
- Actively demonstrating and supporting Miele values in everyday work
About You:
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Experience delivering world-class customer service standards with a consultative approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to resolve customer enquiries and potential conflicts in a professional manner
- Adaptable and able to think quickly on your feet
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Desire to continually learn and improve on product & customer service knowledge
