We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our client's team on a Mine Site located approximately 2.5 hrs. from Broken Hill or 2 hrs. from Mildura.
DIDO Role
About you :
- Strong safety orientation with high standards in time management and work ethic.
- Ideally you will have previous site admin construction or mining site experience.
- High competency of skills with MS office
- Have great verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a positive approach towards all elements of the role and able to work in a diverse team environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
- Conducting site access requirements with contractors and visitors as needed
- Travel, car Hire and Accommodation bookings.
- Purchasing and processing invoices.
- Booking and assisting with access to inductions.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports.
- Document control and record management.
- Prepare and distribute records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
- Provide administration support to the Production Coordinator; and
- General administrative duties such as credit card reconciliation and assisting other administrative team member
- Relevant experience in an administration role.
- High level knowledge of MS Suite.
- Proactive approach to work and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels
- Licence and car for travel to site ( preferable 4WD)
