As the Business Support Administrator, you will provide support for tasks such as data entry, reimbursements, training information and data management. Your role provides high level administrative and corporate support functions, including preparation of submissions, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including the preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events; collate necessary HR/finance forms.
We're looking for someone with:
- A tertiary qualification/diploma in administration (or similar)
- A track record as an effective member of an admin/Business Support team, including proficient use of relevant systems and software.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- A current Resume
