IT & Business Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful commercial business based in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
Reporting to the Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the IT & Business Support Officer and internal users
- Troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues
- Coordinating with IT Service Desk to solve any IT related issues
- Generating monthly sales reports
- Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) systems
- Assisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics
- IT setup for new staff members
- Managing the offices Printers
- Maintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory required
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems viewed favorably. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build rapport quickly. You must be system savvy including intermediate Word/Excel skills.
