Opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join our Perth CBD office in a diverse role that provides opportunities to learn new skills in project deliverables, and the way large-scale projects are delivered. As a Project Engineer at Calibre, you will:

• Join a high-performing multidisciplinary project team working on a major project for a tier 1 iron ore mining client.
• Assist the Engineering Manager with Change management, Safety in Design Management, Design and Engineering governance, D&E Progress measurement, and deliverables management.
• Work with the Lead Engineers and Lead Designers to lock in engineering deliverables.
• Follow up on deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
• Help track the engineering progress, and assist with the monthly schedule updates and reporting.
• Help coordinate and run design reviews, HAZOPs, and client workshops.

Thrive with us! We hope you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering and experience working within the mining industry.
• Major project exposure and exposure or experience within Engineering management.
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment and foster good relationships internally and externally.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
