We are in search of a dynamic and performance-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in either our Kalgoorlie or Perth office, specialising in the Australian mining sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the management and expansion of relationships with Key Accounts within the mining industry, driving revenue growth, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction through the delivery of tailored solutions and exceptional service. Your charismatic personality and adept sales skills will fuel our expansion efforts, solidifying our standing as the premier partner for lubrication solutions in the Australian mining sector.

What You Will Do:

  • Forge Connections: Develop and manage a successful portfolio of clients in the mining and heavy industry sectors.
  • Energize Sales: Be a driving force behind sales initiatives, exceeding targets and contributing to our expansion.
  • Strategic Partner: Position Statewide Oil as a trusted partner, offering tailored lubrication solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Lubrication experts and the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive: New business development by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Engage: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act: As the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support as required.
