SalaryHub and Spoke Health is delighted to be advertising for the position of Mobile Music Therapist.
This contract position will allow you to work alongside other allied health professionals such as art therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and allied health assistants.
You will work where and when you want, with no pressure from management to take on patients. We may consider a part-time role for the right candidate.
The Role
- You will use your skills to provide music or art therapy to private patients, those part of the NDIS, and those on Home Care packages. You will work collaboratively with the other clinicians in our team and provide reports where needed (such as NDIS reports).
Your Skills
- You have a Music Therapy degree from an approved organisation.
- You provide evidence-based therapy programs to adults and children.
- You are currently registered with the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA).
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You are honest, reliable, love what you do and have a passion for Music.
Candidates must also have:
- Full Australian Drivers License.
- A police check
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (1st and 2nd).
- An incredible sense of humour.
