About Encara:Encara has been providing a full suite of allied health services to thousands of people living in residential aged care, home care and NDIS. We are looking to expand our non-clinical offerings to clients living in the community with a specific focus on elderly clients living with Dementia.

Encara's team is rapidly expanding therefore there are several flexible roles available, if you have a passion for any of the below disciplines and are registered with ANZACATA or equivalent, we would love to hear from you!
- Music Therapy
- Art Therapy
- Remedial Massage therapy
- Aromatherapy
- Energy Healing
- Facilitate private therapy for clients living with dementia in the community
- Research and develop therapeutic concepts for the clients to reduce anxiety and enhance their overall wellbeing
- Contribute to the wellness goals of each patient, reporting improvements and feedback to the clinical team
You will be provided with the opportunity to set your own schedule to adapt to foster a healthy work-life balance.
Casual and contractor positions are available. All applicants must have or be willing to obtain a police name check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and be registered in their relevant discipline. Experience in community care is highly desired, however full training and onboarding is provided.
