Address- Mobilisation for all QLD sites (inclusive of Mackay and Gladstone branches)
- Book all travel including flights, accommodation and vehicle hire.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Ensure inductions are completed, qualifications up to date and flag training requirements to ensure compliance
- Communicate with employees regarding all movements, including shutdowns and changes to rosters weekly via e-mail, text and verbally by telephone
- Book ongoing travel, including domestic /charter flights and accommodation for base-load and shutdown personnel
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Essential
- Exceptional time management and planning skills with the ability to produce quality work under extreme pressure
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Proven experience in providing administrative and secretarial support with specific experience in travel bookings and logistics.
- Knowledge of all Sites and programs to train and assist team
- Ability to update and maintain training documents and procedures
