An ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Mortgage lending experience >12 months
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance (preferred)
- Current MFAA or FBAA Membership (preferred)
- Passion for a high quality Customer Service
- Understanding of Credit and Regulatory Requirements
- Aggregator software, CRM preference of Mercury
- Ability to Understand Complex Lending Scenarios
- Strong communication skills
