As a Mortgage Broker joining Loan Market, you will be working collaboratively within a team that consists of Finance/ Mortgage Brokers and Broker support staff. You will be provided with all the support and tools required to succeed in your career, across Tech, Marketing, and on-going Business Coaching.

As a Broker, you will be responsible for;

• Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
• Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates.
• Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.
   

Consider applying if you have the following experience;

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma 
• Minimum 2 years experience managing existing client and referral relationships; either as a Banker or a Broker
• Ability to self-generate business through own network
• Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements
