The Role

You will be instrumental in linking clients to customised mortgage solutions, collaborating with an excellent team of brokers and support staff. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in a results-focused setting and have a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in realising their homeownership aspirations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Educate clients on the intricacies of different mortgage options and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
• Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
• Provide clients with timely and relevant information to support their decision-making.
• Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals and existing client base.
• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Mortgage Broker or lender. 
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
• Data driven, with a strong ability to collect and process client information.
• Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete this)
• Tech Savvy - able to navigate new software and applications, such as Apply Online and MyCRM.

Nice to Haves:

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required.
