Position: Mortgage Broker Assistant
Job Summary: As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will provide essential support to our experienced Mortgage Brokers, ensuring our clients loans are achieving the most competitive rate and our applications are submitted accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with paperwork, data entry, pricing and, assisting the brokers with general administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
Broker Support: Assist brokers in gathering and organising required documents for mortgage applications and entering data.
Documentation Management: Ensure all client and application information is accurately entered and updated in the database. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client data.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, pricing submissions and organising files.
Compliance: Ensure all mortgage applications and related processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in finance, business, or Certificate IV in mortgage broking or related fields is a plus
Experience: We welcome enthusiastic candidates looking to start their career in this field.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and lenders.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail is vital
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
