**Your Role:**

- Lead our dynamic team and business, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring guest satisfaction and reputation management.

- Manage all aspects of reception, including enquiries, check-in/check-out, group bookings, and reservations both direct and online.

- Actively participate in weekly management Zoom meetings, contributing to agenda development and documenting meeting minutes.

- Take charge of recruitment, training, and supervision of the team and departments, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

- Design cost-effective rosters and manage expenses across departments, ensuring budgets are met.

- Provide support to the food and beverage team as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.

- Uphold high standards of room and property cleanliness, ensuring a pristine guest experience.

- Maintain open, authentic and honest communication channels with the company and team members.

- You will hold and maintain a Qld RMLV and Approved Managers' Certification

You will receive full support from the company to ensure your success in managing the property.  A large 2-bedroom, modern apartment is provided onsite.  It is not suitable for pets and we are a non-smoking establishment.
