Motorrad Service Advisor I Melbourne Bmw

Melbourne BMW is recruiting for a Motorrad Service Advisor to support customers with their Motorrad aftersales needs. This is a front-line customer facing role within the Melbourne BMW service team located at Kings Way.

 In this role you will:

• Report to the Service Manager;
• Be the main point of contact for Motorrad customers throughout their service;
• Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service;
• Explain service options and processes;
• Complete relevant paperwork;
• Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs;
• Order parts where applicable;
• Prepare repair orders and invoices;
• Update customer database as required.

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1-year previous experience in a Service Advisor position;
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
• Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs;
• ERA, ERAnet experience preferred;
• Confidence dealing with customers;
• The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team;
• The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary;
• A current, valid driver’s licence.
