Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as a Multi-Site Store Manager across two venues; Karingal and Cranbourne in Melbourne South East! We are a well-established and beloved franchise, known for our delicious and freshly baked goods. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee operations across multiple locations.
About the role:
As the Multi Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success in both store locations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent high-quality products, exceptional customer service and efficient operations are executed. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll bring to the role
- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role desirable.
- Previous experience with profit and loss statements.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members.
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Be available to work across a total of 38hrs on weekdays and weekends.
