Oversee operations of 2 NEW QSR locations with a focus on vibrant customer service and building your team. $70k - $75k + super + 20% KPI bonus annual. Our client is a national food and beverage group who operate household name businesses. They are well known for their coffee, bakery and quick service brands and have been in operation for over 30 years.
This role is to oversee and manage 2 new sites opening in late March. Both are located within shopping centres in Karrinyup and Belmont. The operations are designed to be quick and efficient with a focus on providing excellent, quick customer service.
About you:
We are looking for a dynamic store or restaurant manager who is ready to take their next step into a multi site role. You would be career driven and ready to advance and progress. You would have a key focus on delivering fantastic service in a fast paced environment and be confident in leading young and enthusiastic teams.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in a store or restaurant management role - Multi site experience is not necessary but would be highly favourable
- Understanding of KPI's and ability to effectively manage areas of the business like labour, COGs, profitability and wastage
- Customer focused individual able to both deliver and show others how to deliver quality service
- Team leadership experience inclusive of performance management, training and succession planning
- Rostering and labour control experience
- Competitive remuneration inclusive of $70k - $75k base + super
