Form of workExact Contracting are seeking Plant Operators for various projects in South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, including mining, road & civil sites.

Do you have experience operating our plant?
- Excavators: CAT 36T-300T, Hitachi 30T-190T;
- Dozers: CAT D8, D9, D10 and D11;
- Graders: CAT 12M, 14H/M, 16H/M and 24 H/M;
- Loaders: CAT 966, 980, 988 and 992;
- Scrapers: CAT 623, 627, 657.
- Paid flights to site or travel allowance;
- Provided accommodation and meals on site;
- Annual retention bonus up to $3000;
- Exposure to a wide range of projects;
- Dedication to providing a high quality service and product;
- Focus on safety and innovation, zero harm.
- Current driver's licence (essential);
- Nationally accredited plant tickets (desirable);
- GPS experience (desirable);
- Previous plant operating experience on a civil or mine site;
- Proven commitment to health and safety;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team;
- Personal drive and results orientated.
All candidates will be required to pass a National Police Clearance (within 3 months), pre-employment medical, and a drug and alcohol screen.
