Your new role
As a Team Member in Client Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and answering questions in relation to securities trading.
Provision of Non-Financial Advice to clients through predominantly inbound calls (up to 45 calls per day) with a few outbound calls necessary at times.
Effective resolution of customer account queries, technical website queries and market related queries, including product and service related enquiries across NAB trade products, and tradeable instruments including cash, equities and warrants, across both domestic and global exchanges.
Provide information to our processing team from the client and to the client to action forms, transfers, requests etc.
First time resolution of complaints and escalation of unresolved issues to a Team Leader.
Providing clients with quality calls according to NAB trade's call quality framework.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment at Level 10, 2 Carrington Street, Sydney with a high possibility of extension or permanency. The pay rate is $34.58 per hour plus super. With work of 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 6 PM.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Prior call centre experience is highly desired.
