Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, this is a senior role on a 14/7 Drive in/ Drive out roster and will be responsible for leading and managing the operational services carried out within the Village. This role is to inspire Department teams to ensure guests expectations are exceeded, financial targets are achieved and be the ambassador for the Civeo brand in the local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent services to guest and clients, in a timely manner, consistent with all quality standards and service level agreements.
- Maintain a professional relationship with employees, clients, and guests ensuring all staff and village guests are adhering to the Village Code of Conduct policy.
- Develop roles, rosters and staffing structures which deliver the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the village.
- Be fully conversant with client agreements, including agreed occupancy, revenue, service levels and ensure these are fully implemented.
- Report on and provide projections on budgetary performance.
- Deliver EBITDA targets for the village, continuously seeking ways of improving EBITDA without compromising customer and employee satisfaction, safety, or quality.
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business or Hospitality discipline/demonstrated successful management experience.
- Responsible Management of Licenced Venues (RMLV) certification
- Advanced First Aid certificate (desirable)
- Certificate II in Security Operations (desirable)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills along with strong financial analysis skills
- Proof of working rights within Australia
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
