National Account Manager

Summary:

• MARS Recruitment are excited to be partnered with an iconic automotive insurance firm who are seeking a National Account Manager to join their team.
• The National Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will develop account plans, implement innovative strategies, and oversee the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive account plans to identify growth opportunities and understand client structures and environments.
• Enhance client relationships through initiatives and augmented product offerings.
• Create and implement innovative strategies to attract new clients.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance existing products and develop new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, tenders, and contracts.
• Lead seamless onboarding of new clients and oversee account performance reviews.
• Maintain financial relationships with assigned accounts and major service partners.
• Conduct interstate travel as required.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience Account Managing in the automotive space.
• A strong level of understanding of automotive insurance.
• Significant experience in corporate sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Well-presented and professional demeanour.
