About the role The APS3 and APS5 roles sit within the National Observing Operations team and provide essential administrative and operational support. These positions are due to start before the end of February 2024 with a prospected end in August 2024, with potential to extend there after. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative support, prepare reports, documentation and correspondence on activities to ensure informed decision making. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and prepare and distribute materials Maintain accurate documentation such as plans, schedules, reports, filing them for accurate retrieval utilising SharePoint Assist with various internal and external stakeholders and represent the organisation in a professional manner, responding to queries related to your area. Participate in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of products and services and the ongoing development, implementation and continual improvement of the quality management system Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidance in the course of your work Comply with all work, health, safety and environmental policies and procedures Your profile will demonstrate: Relevant experience, working within administration, project support or operations positions Proficient in Office Suite software Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) Ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication and liaison skills (written and verbal) Australian citizenship Current Australian Drivers License Eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance from the AGVA Benefits: Join a large organisation with growth opportunities Grow your career in the public sector Work as part of a diverse workforce If you are interested in this…
