Job Description
As the National Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the exceptional delivery of operations across all ADF Careers centres. This role is responsible for Centre Coordination, leading the delivery of Assessment Coordination, Psychology Examinations and PFA Coordination, nationally.
You will:
- Develop, implement and strategically drive a national, whole of DFR approach to coordination and delivery across all locations.
- Lead a high performing team, focussed on the exceptional delivery of operations across all DFR centres.
- Ensure framework and delivery model supports 100% achievement within 100 days.
- Take entire ownership of the Adecco DFR Centre Operations P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue and target expectations are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop delivery functions and leaders to ensure delivery excellence and exceptional management performance.
- Develop leadership capability, ensuring a strong talent pipeline is maintained for key roles.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with ADF personnel and subcontractors across centres and locations, leading from the front.
- Review and analyse operational performance on a quarterly basis.
- Implement and drive a proactive approach to coordination of the operations function, seeking, reviewing and considering feedback from wider Adecco DFR, CoA and Subcontractors on areas of opportunity.
- Create and maintain regular reporting and review cycles, in line with Adecco and DFR requirements, presenting these as and where required to Adecco DFR and the CoA.
- Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.

- Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management capability to assist with negotiating and liaising with stakeholders including senior leadership teams, senior management and direct reports
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and be confident in leading and supporting teams across Australia
- Well-developed organisational skills to develop strategies, identify gaps and professional development needs for a large team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
