We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to take charge of our Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team, steering them towards excellence while fostering collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboratively set and measure training targets and activities for our CNS team, working closely with our Head of Ax BU and Head of Clinical.
Contribute to the design and execution of a robust clinical plan that not only challenges but also empowers individuals, recognizing achievements and addressing any areas that need improvement.
Develop strategic territory business plans in tandem with CNS team members, in collaboration with Ax RBMs, and oversee their seamless execution.
Align clinical strategies with commercial objectives and ensure their effective implementation in the field, driving business success.
Mentor, motivate, and nurture the growth of each Clinical Nurse team member through a combination of field visits, regular communication, and engaging meetings to ensure optimal training performance.
Identify and prioritise target injectors, with a focus on achieving predetermined coverage and frequency objectives.
Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across all states, strengthening our network and influence in the medical community.
Uphold compliance with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, relevant Acts, and ethical standards in all training activities.
Utilize Field Visit Reports to facilitate regular discussions during field contact, reviewing staff performance with a minimum of 8 customer-facing field visits annually with each representative.
Be prepared for regular interstate travel to effectively manage and support the team's needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Registered Nurse qualification.
Extensive clinical experience, including injecting in clinical or training environments. Preferably, possessing team management experience.
Proficiency in project management, adept at identifying critical issues, and proposing effective improvements.
Strong ability to manage multiple work plans, tasks, and team-related activities efficiently.
Visionary mindset to communicate necessary changes, define long-term strategies, and implement them effectively.
Skilled in leading and motivating teams, providing clear guidance, empowering team members, and driving superior performance.
Eagerness and capability to support the personal and professional development of team members.
