THE ROLE
Reporting to the senior management team, you will be required to create and implement strategies and processes which help lead the daily requirements of the sales and customer service division. You will be expected to develop and overlook all sales and customer service resources and coordinate activities related to your field with FJT’s overseas offices and within the global network where FJT Logistics have a presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Enforcing exceptional administrative, calculated planning and operational support.
- Implementing administrative, sales and staff resources.
- Keeping the senior management team duly informed on all organizational concerns such as operational management, sales planning, and information services.
- Improving and developing methodical statements, SOPs, and guidelines for administrative and operational use by staff.
- Reviewing intricate resource management concerns that affect the organisation, preparing reports and correspondence.
- Formally and professionally representing the company in meetings, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting existing and new programs and policies.

- 5 + years of prior experience as a Business Development Manager, Commercial Services Manager, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade or similar.
- Cargowise proficiency highly desirable.
