Your new role
As an APS3 Support Officer, you will assist with responding to interpreting service requests. See below for more information:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Manage calls in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure all queries are resolved.
- You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for security clearance
- Proficiency in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
- Efficient call management and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Competitive hourly rate
- 12-month contract
- Hybrid arrangement available
