Your new organisation is a Federal Government agency based in Melbourne CBD. 
Your new role 
As an APS3 Support Officer, you will assist with responding to interpreting service requests. See below for more information:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. 
  
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of customer needs.
  
• Manage calls in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure all queries are resolved.
  

What you'll need to succeed 

• You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for security clearance
  
• Proficiency in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
  
• Efficient call management and time management skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
